Works to the dilapidated Grade II listed property consisted of the provision of a single and 2-storey rear extension to enhance the heritage asset. Internal works were also carried out working in collaboration with the SSDC conservation officer to achieve a desirable family home.

This former listed barn was sympathetically converted using natural stone, hardwood windows and reclaimed tiles into a functional new office building. The open plan internal layout benefits from oak king post trusses to provide a spacious and light working environment.

This project consisted of a like for like reconstruction of a Grade II listed property that was largely destroyed by fire. Working closely with the Conservation Officer this property was lovingly restored to its former external glory, whilst updated internally to provide a functional and desirable two bedroom property.
