This contemporary scheme included work to an established retail unit to consolidate the business and maximise its value. Due to site complexities, a traditional design was not considered appropriate.
Therefore, an overlapping criss-cross design was proposed to achieve a number of private courtyards and amenity spaces for the benefit of the residents.
